A planned project

Sunny Greens Farm is a concept in planning. Nothing has been built, and no produce has been grown or sold under this name. The location, design, size, crops, timing and every other part of the plan may change or may not happen.

How this site is written

Words like goal, intend, plan, aim, designed to and expect describe what we are working toward. They are objectives, not promises. A statement about what the farm is designed to do says nothing about what it will achieve.

Not a solicitation

This site provides the public with information about a planned project. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities, and this site does not offer securities in any jurisdiction. No investment decision should be based on this site. Sunny Greens Farm is not a broker-dealer, financial advisor, or registered investment adviser (RIA) and does not provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. The content of this site does not constitute investment, legal, tax or medical advice.

Organic

Organic is a regulated term in the United States. Our produce is not certified organic because it does not exist yet. A 100% organic standard is our goal, and we intend to pursue USDA organic certification. Certification is decided by a certifying agent and cannot be assumed.

Food and health

Information about food and pesticides is general, drawn from the public sources named on the page where they appear, and is not medical or nutrition advice. We make no claim that any food prevents or treats any condition. Mentioning a public study or government data does not mean its authors endorse this project. We do not claim that other growers' food is unsafe.

Images and video

Photographs and films on this site are licensed stock footage used as concept imagery. They show other places and facilities, and do not show our facility, our team or our produce. Some have been cropped or color corrected.

Accuracy

We take care with this site, and it reflects the information available to us when written, to the best of our knowledge. We may change it at any time without notice and make no warranty that it is complete or current.
